Work Trip to Port Moresby, PNG

During school break we headed to the capital of Papua New Guinea, Port Morseby (POM) to help out our brother, Nate, at the NTM centre. We were so excited about our travel through the airports and airplane this time! Guess what we didn't have to wear?!?! NO MASKS!! 😁

I knew God was going to do great things because we saw this rainbow as we were flying!

Jacob organized the workshop to get it ready for more handymen coming through soon.

He installed Nate's old stove in another apartment.

He built and painted and installed this door.

He installed a new stove in Nate's house.

He also had to move the upper and lower cabinets over!

The door opening was 36 inches and the stores in Moresby only sell doors in metric measurements. But with the help of the kids, we came up with a good solution and worked together to get the new door built and installed.

The joys of working with Americans and Europeans is that some doors are 36 inches while others are only 90 centimeters....so close and yet so far. :-)
