Home life in MA and Friends visit!

Jonathan enjoys making ice cream with his father!

Not sure why he is wearing his bike helmet, but he always seems to be wearing some type of hat or helmet. :)

Enjoying the homemade ice cream they made together!

Once again so thankful for the home God has given us for these few months in MA!

Our Office area with beautiful views of the fall or snow, depending on the day. :)

Jonathan's room before our baby was born..

I enjoy this kitchen, just big enough for us to eat our meals here too. :)

The view from our kitchen window.

We enjoyed having Michael and Virginia and their children Daniel and Maggie over for a meal!

 Fun times had by all!

Play time!

Jacob and Jonathan coming back from their walk in the woods... where Jonathan found a cool stick!

Jonathan found a fire hat that he loved at the Goodwill for only $1.50! And he wore it for a few days straight!

Watching TV with the fire hat!

Reading books with the fire hat!

And picking apples with the fire hat!

Going grocery shopping with the fire hat! And a few people commented on his nice hat!

Sharing about Papua New Guinea

We enjoyed a visit with one of our supporting churches and their Pastor, Dan, and Kathy in CT.

We did something different, any informal interview during the sermon time, very nice!

We also had our first visitors at our new home, some friends and supports from MA, Jon and Cheryl... it is nice to be able to have friends over for meals in our home again!

We also got to share about Papua New Guinea at the Father's Blessing Church in NY... our friends Ken and Kathy attend this church. This is the second time we have been there in the last 4 years! Fun! And very encouraging times!

If You Give A Mouse A Cookie...

There was a special event at the local Library on Saturday... If you give a mouse a cookie Playtime! Jonathan was amazed to see such a HUGE mouse!

There was also an instrument zoo there, where children could try to play any instrument. Jonathan loved the string instruments!

God has blessed us with a beauitful home!

God gave us this home for the next five months, fully furnished, and we were just able to walk in and  unpack. They had the kitchen set up as well as the towels, sheets and pillows. And it is in such a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Unlocking the door, for our first look at our new place... we were so excited! to be HOME!

We have changed Jonathan's room a bit... took out the double bed and moved in his toddler bed... soon we will set up the baby's crib! More pictures to come!

We moved this second table into the kitchen and eat most of our meals there... and that little corner is now our desk/office space... with pictures to come .:)

Here is the view from our kitchen window! Love it!

We can walk down to the Lake, a Lake where I grew up!

And the owners have a canoe that we can use until the weather prevents us! Unfortunately the first time we went out, we didn't have the proper life jacket for Jonathan, but Jacob tied it on him. :) We have since found a toddler life jacket at the Goodwill, a very good deal!

We could barely see Jonathan in the front of the boat!
