Jonathan goes to the office

Jonathan puts on his suit, which he isn't quite found of yet, and goes to the office to help mom.

He does start to enjoy himself.

And he starts working on the computer, with dad's help. :)

 After thinking and thinking...

Jonathan gets busy using his calculator.

March Happenings...

All the bush missionaries order their food and supplies from here and our co-worker has to weigh every box to make sure it will fit on the planes! It is also handy to weigh Jonathan .:)  I weigh Jonathan every once in a while on the Supply scale. And he is gaining weight!

Helping Dad fix the BBQ grill. :)

 Fascinated by the washing machine!

Helping mom with the laundry. :)

 Playtime... Jonathan loves cars!

Now Jonathan is walking all over the house!

He is always holding something in his hand and telling us a story, but we still don't understand anything he is saying. :)

Jonathan is playing with the pumpkin that we just bought at the market. I will cook this up for him to eat. :)

Jonathan's first haircut!

Jonathan didn't know quite what to think about these scissors being used on his head. :) But he did a pretty good job of letting me cut his hair, at 13 1/2 months old! :)

He was a bit shy and didn't want to look at the camera after his hair cut.

Sepik Conference 2014!

Every year all the missionaries in the Sepik region come to the center here in Wewak for a Conference. There is lots of yummy food, fun, fellowship and encouragement in the Word! There is also a kids carnival, which Jonathan and I enjoyed. :)

Jacob also had fun at the kids carnival because he got to give rides to lots of kids on his four-wheeler. :)

The kids all had a great time and kept coming back for more rides. :)

I was in charge of making sure everyone was fed during the conference. But with lots of help, it wasn't too much work for me during the conference. There was 145 people here on the Center! Including 54 kids! Everyone here on the center had people staying with them so each house cooked breakfasts and lunches for their guests. And each night a different group of people would cook dinner for everyone. I just had to organize the menu and make sure they had the right amount of food for each night.
