Ends of the Earth!

Ready for church!

An exciting day in the life of the Devine children.... It is near impossible to know what they are so excited about.... but there is no more booster seat for Jonathan and no more car seat for Naomi. Naomi now has Jonathan's booster seat!

Popcorn for our Mission Movie Matinee!

It was very cool to be able to watch the Ends of the Earth, with our home church! LOVE that movie!

Jacob comes home!

Jacob took a trip to Canada just to get out of America and back to his homeland. He is only allowed to stay in the US for 6 months. Originally we were due to leave for PNG at the end of Dec, but God had other plans. So Jacob got to see his parents and meet with a few supporters and the pastor of our sending church in Canada. Great time for him and his parents enjoyed having him around for a few days! We were excited to welcome him back!

He flew to Boston and took the bus back to a town near us... so we just had a short drive to pick him up!

I tried out a new recipe to celebrate his return... gluten free lasagna with a "cheesy" sauce.... but the sauce was made with nutritional yeast, so it only tasted cheesy... but was actually dairy free!

Everyone loved it!

And our Christmas tree managed to survive until Jan 26th! When Jacob returned we had to take it down... a sad day. But we enjoyed it to its fullest!

And then the kids had fun sledding with dad again!

Jacob's trip to Nova Scotia

Jacob left on a train to head to Boston for his flight to Nova Scotia. We missed him! But we were thankful that he could get to Canada one last time before heading to PNG! He needed to leave the US due to his limit of 6 months in country as a Canadian.

Enjoying a movie and snacks.

He was happy to be back in familiar territory!

Jacob's dad and Nannie (grandmother) Jane.. it was great that Jacob to visit family and supporters and our sending church pastor!

Jacob's parents and Nannie Joyce

Jacob's parents are living in the house where we stayed now. Cozy during winter with the fireplace!

Time to fly home to MA! De-icing the plane is a process!

Plane done, Night at a hotel done, now on to the bus! And very happy to be almost home!!

Norwex Strikes Again!

I have continued to enjoy helping hosts with Norwex parties, teaching about Norwex and sharing my passion of cleaning quickly with no chemicals... and the kids love it too! This dirty Kindle Fire can be cleaned in no time!

Just using an optic cloth and a tiny bit of water for the stuck on dirt.

We had fun visiting with Cheryl and telling her about Norwex, as she uses some products at her place of work. It was so good to catch up with Cheryl and see what God has been doing in her life in the last 4 years!

Berry sauce came out of my sweater's sleeve with Norwex Laundry soap... chemical free and works great! Just let me know if you want more info. :)
