After Labor Day Weekend we headed south to Western PA to drop our boxes of supplies off at Global Ministry Supply... and do a little bit more shopping. Our boxes will head over to PNG via container ship in a couple months and hopefully arrive in Papua New Guinea shortly after we do, in February. Here Jacob is trying to decide which work boots to buy for his work in Papua New Guinea.
Jonathan is a big help! :)
We were amazed at how many other things they had at the Boot Box too! We had never seen so many camouflage clothes.
And we had never seen so much florescent clothing... it was a bright aisle!
At the GMS warehouse packing up the rest of our things to send to PNG. Thank you Bob and Cheryl for all your work!!
All ready to go! Since we are only allowed to take 3 suitcases for our family to PNG in February we needed to find a different way to get more things that we need over to our home... like home school materials, tools for Jacob's work, clothing for when the children keep growing!, toiletries for 2-3 years as well as some baby items that are needed. :)
While we were in Western PA we visited Brian and Jean, parents of Emily, who is serving in Papua New Guinea in a tribal location with her family. They are learning the language and culture!
Brian and Jean took us on a tractor ride around the area, on their farm and other farms nearby.
Jonathan even got to drive!

Jonathan loved driving the tractor with Jean's help :)
