Thanksgiving in CT with family!

 

I made apple crisp and apple pie for our Thanksgiving celebration in CT with my Aunt and Uncle and cousins. So good to be together!

Returning to MA after our Whirlwind Road trip

 

Driving south was so fun... a perpetual fall... we loved it! Driving North was a different story... all of a sudden it was winter!

We loved that we got to have lunch with Ethan in VA on our way back to MA! He was at Interface with us for a year many years ago!

And in PA we got to stop in and see Ephraim and Kristen, long time friends of Jacob's brother. They were very generous, letting us stay in their new house before they moved in. We look forward to having more visits with them before we go back to PNG in March!

Daily Life Fun

 

In November we also enjoyed some days at home doing the normal things... baking, school and cleaning... here is some delicious gluten free bread that we enjoy most days!

And a treat of granola bars... delicious!

South Carolina bound!

 

We didn't have long in SC to visit our friends, but as soon as we arrived they took us to the Billy Graham Library... very cool experience to see... this is the home where Billy Graham grew up.

It was great to see Will and Jen and hang out!

Our kids had fun playing together too!

We finally got to teach our kids how to play miniature golf! One of the things we wanted to do while we were home in North America this year!

And I got to meet Jodi, a new friend as of last year! She is a friend of our SC friend. I signed up under her as a Norwex Consultant! She had a little in person team meeting while I was there. So fun!

We stayed with Jen's parents.. Jim and Joann. Fun times!
