The Students had the opportunity to help one of the locals pick his coffee.
Then Heti showed them how to shell the coffee beans with this machine.
They got to try it themselves.
And then they laid it out on a tarp to dry in the sun. After this Heti will bag it up and take it to town to sell to the coffee factory. The coffee factory will roast and package it.
