Back to the Cool Mountains & Guesthouse

We started back in the Guesthouse a few days after we arrive back from the capital of PNG. It is so good to be a part of the work here by helping missionaries as they come through for medical or break. Enabling them to continue the work they are doing in Church Planting or Support of Church Planting.

Playing in Superhero costumes at the Guesthouse as resumed! But now Naomi is wearing Jonathan's superman costume!

Living in Nova Scotia at Jacob's grandparents cottage got us very used to having deer heads on our walls.... so much so that we thought this deer head had turned its head! We were used to all the ones in Beaverdam looking straight ahead. That gave us all a good laugh!!

Jacob has been busy fixing dish washers, solar hot water, water leaks, replacing toilets and fixing washing machines. There is lots to do!! And soon we will have a full guesthouse! First time since before Covid started!!

Fun times with Tracey, our co-worker, who ran the guesthouse plus lots of other things while we were gone. We miss her!

A zucchini casserole... I used to make this all the time at Interface.... now it is back again! But this is a tiny one for Naomi, made with goat cheese. She does not handle dairy that well, but loves goat cheese!

A few guests over for dinner at the guesthouse... talking about the New Testament Dedication in one Language Group... Amy even showed us her copy of the Bible that their team had worked on for many years! It is fun to talk with different missionaries that work in different tribal groups and hear their stories of how God is working!

Playing with friends at the Guesthouse.

Learning Chess

Being funny with shoes.

More fun play during summer break while mom works on guesthouse computer work.
