Shopping, Running and Hanging out at the Lake

 

The land of Larabars... we enjoyed them while at home! And we brought some with us... now we are saving them for special occasions. If you want to send a package to us, just fill it with Larabars, and we will be overjoyed with a snack that is healthy and we don't have to make from scratch! :)

I enjoyed running on my old High School track while I was home! Some days it was crazy how fast the fog came in during my run!

Hanging out with Grandma!

Heading out on a family trip to the Lake, where my mom's family has rented a cottage every year for decades!!

The kids and Jacob had a great time swimming, it was way to cold for me!

It was good to have time with my aunts and uncles and cousin and family!

Naomi even learned how to fish and caught her first fish!

Jacob fileted the fish and cooked it up on the BBQ.

More Playgrounds and Cousin Fun!

 

We enjoyed our time with my Cousin Mindy, her husband Rob and their girls Megan and Carrie!

We went to a Museum with them too!

We also enjoyed our visit with Ken and Kathy!

Nova Scotians came to MA

 

Jacob brought his parents back with him from Nova Scotia. We enjoyed hanging out, doing some shopping for PNG and eating yummy food!

A shopping spree with grandma and grandpa!

We were thankful for our brothers car to borrow because it fit all of us!

We got the opportunity to go to Tanglewood! Nannie always enjoys new experiences and she loved doing this with her grandkids!

Tanglewood is where the Boston Pops orchestra practices. You can bring a picnic lunch and listen to some amazing music as the Boston pops practice. It is a unique and wonderful way to experience God's creation!

You can even play some quiet board games while you listen. With great music in a great park, you can experience the greatness of God in a way that is impossible to describe but amazing to experience.

But sometimes you get tired and just have to go to sleep.

After all the music inspiration Grandma got out her clarinet for the kids to try! And they made sounds! Grandma gave it to the kids to bring back to PNG! :)

They were not quite up to Boston Pops standard but we still really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a wonderful time getting together as a family.

It was good to see that Aunt Sarah was doing well too!
