Packages!

 Jacob had been waiting for his birthday package for 3 1/2 months! And it finally arrived!

 And it seems everyone else got some surprises in Jacob's birthday package. :)

 A good friend sent us a HUGE package full of fun goodies! Superman is demonstrating

 his amazing strength. :)

 Naomi was quite interested in all the new boxes!

 Almonds to snack on! Naomi had a piece of newspaper in her hand and wanted to hold up something for the picture like mom. :)

 Naomi seems to love to play with any type of kitchen object. :)

 And Jonathan sometimes follows along!

 Jonathan is also learning to read, spell and write! He is learning fast for 4 1/2 years old!

 Naomi loves to look at books!

  She loves this book with lots of color pictures of food cut into animals. :)

 Jonathan loves to wear masks... this Captain America mask was given to him by a friend here.

 This Iron Man helmet is a bit big at the moment, but he also loves this... even though it is very HOT to wear... also given to him by a friend here!

 And one of his favorite... Batman... thank you from his Aunt and cousins!

 Jonathan bought a set of armor with his own money and loves it!

She is getting so big and very healthy... no signs of any side effects from NCM!

On our back porch here in Wewak, Jonathan is now 4 1/2 years old and Naomi is 10 months old!

A Glimpse into Jacob's work ...

A leaky shower ruined this ceiling

Happened in July, still waiting to be fixed...

Jacob continues to fix weed eaters and more weed eaters.. again and again...

He is thinking of taking a class in small engine repair when he is home. :) But it doesn't look like he needs to take a class. :)

Interesting sights along the day...

A WW2 bomb, 3 foot long 1 kiloton bomb, was discovered just down the hill from us... the people built a little roof for it and waited for the PNG army to come get it... but they took too long. So they got upset and put it in a wheel barrow and put it in the center of the road, so the army had to come and get it! We were thankful!!

A pump sensor switch, which Jacob fixed!

More lawnmowers... even a new one! Which Jacob has already fixed after our worker ran into a clothes line. :)

Fixing the basketball hoop for the kids, talk about pressure, there were a bunch of kids standing around waiting for them to finish fixing the hoop. :)
