Heading to Canada

Well, we are on our way to Canada, and just stopped in to NH for a break in driving... we found this fun play place for Jonathan called Nothing but Fun!

And Jonathan certainly did enjoy it! And so did we! :) Hmm, I think we'll have to stop here again on the way back!

And of course we found a great Chinese restaurant to end the day. Yum!

Visiting Bethlehem

Our church puts on a great presentation of live Bethlehem at the time of Jesus birth. People can walk through and see the different shops and see Mary and Joseph with baby Jesus. It was a fun experience! Although Jonathan was a bit overwhelmed with it all!

Jacob really enjoyed watching the wood carver.

Grandma really enjoyed watching Jonathan enjoy it. :)

Jonathan's favorite places at the mall

Jonathan loves it when we go to the mall before it opens to go walking, since it is too cold outside to walk. He is allowed three quarters for one ride. And then plays on these vehicles for much longer!

The Funny Hat section at the Sports store... I've always wondered where all those crazy people at football games get their hats. :)

And this is actually on Black Friday at an outlet store!

Yes, we braved black Friday because we needed warm clothes! We got lots of good deals, but the shopping was not so bad compared to the business of the Wewak grocery stores on Saturday mornings. :)

Jonathan's first hair cut

Well, first hair cut by someone besides me that is! He was very excited to sit in an airplane to have his hair cut!

But he wanted to try out the other option of hair cutting chair too. :)

A visit to the CIA with Nate!

I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America 20 years ago! Wow, I feel old! This is a whole different world, so long ago, but so fun to go back and show my family and good friend, who is also a Chef! :)

 Love the cross walk sign!

Love the fish made out of silverware!

Lunch at the Apple Pie Cafe!

 Nate really enjoying his food!

Two Buddies enjoying amazing food together!

Another two buddies enjoying amazing food! :)

Our perfect desserts that almost didn't look real, but they tasted perfect too. :)

 Jonathan enjoyed his food too!
