Life as an Interface Student...

Most mornings, the students are learning in the classroom setting... they have classes about the Motivation for Missions, Evangelism and Discipleship, Church planting, Culture Stress, Literacy, Women in Missions... Here Jason is teaching through the Bible Chronologically.
And more classes... Cross-Culture Communication, Mission Methods, Support Ministry, Finances in Missions, Singleness in Missions and Critical Issues in Missions. It is a lot to process! But they can see everything that they are learning taking place around them as they interact with nationals that live around us, as well as visit a tribal location.

Most afternoons the students head up to the village to hang out with the nationals who live around us. This is a good time for them to practice their Pidgin English.

We often have campfires where we worship in song and get to hear what God is doing in the students' lives. It is a wonderful time together!
This is an amazing time as we hear God's almighty work in people's lives during their time here!

Some evenings are spent in staff homes. Our home was known for Crokinole, a Canadian board game, now famous among Interface students! :)
