New 40 Quart Mixer has Arrived!!

After going without a Commercial mixer for 8 months I am so excited to use this!! I wasn't sure if it would ever arrive after the long process of searching on the internet in the midst of busy days in the kitchen. Then I finally found the one I wanted - good quality for cheapest price - and it was shipped on Feb 6th 2008! And 3 months later arrived here at INTERFACE!
